    The whole dish would have: 1506 Calories; 41g Fat (24.3% calories from fat); 139g Protein; 146g Carbohydrate; 22g Dietary Fiber; 257mg Cholesterol; 4400mg Sodium. Exchanges: 6 1/2 Grain(Starch); 14 1/2 Lean Meat; 3 Vegetable; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 2 1/2 Fat.

Divide by the number of servings

    3.6 Points (Round to 4) 8 servings - 188 Calories; 5g Fat (24.3% calories from fat); 17g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 32mg Cholesterol; 550mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat.

I didn't have the low fat cream of mushroom soup in my database, but i used lowfat cream of chicken soup instead. It should be pretty similar tho. I used 1 Tablespoon of butter as well ... there was no amount listed. if you'd use light margarine, that would reduce your NI as well.
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.

    Sorry I forgot the Preparation!
Okay, I will now post it:

Combine turkey, noodles and peas in a buttered 2 quart baking dish or casserole (I just sprayed my casserole with Pam). Melts 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan (once again I jused used pam) Saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Blend in soup, milk and seasonings and cook, stirring until well blended and hot. Pour soup mixture over the turkey and noodle mixture, top with shredded cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    There you have it!
    Enjoy.
