    Default Fast breakfast idea

I am going to try a new breakfast, I think it should taste good.

    I/2 cup Kashi 1 point
1/2 cup Fat Free strawberry yogurt 2 points
1 cup frozen blueberrys 1 point

I shall defrost the berrys tonight in the fridge, I think this is the fastest prep time ever. Get it all together and chuck it in a bowl and eat it.

Thumbs up Re: Fast breakfast idea

Well the breakfast was really yummy, not too sweet and I am full, I am getting fuller as I drink my coffee, I think the kashi is acting like a sponge = )

I like the idea that this gives me two of my healthy eating servings for the day.

I've been having this for breakfast lately too, but without the berries (hadn't thought of that 'til I found your post). This morning I had the Kashi and yogurt and 1/2 a banana sliced in it and that was really good.
