This is great tasting and it is very filling. I had a hard time finishing it.
I ate it at 7 am and I ate lunch at 1:30.

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal, uncooked
Splenda to taste (AND OR 2 T RASBERRRY DAVINCI SYRUP)
1/2 cup raspberries, strawberries, or any berry you like

Mix yogurt, oatmeal, and Splenda or syrup in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Add berries; stir.
