Shannon, that sounds like a great variation! I'm gonna have to try both of them sometime.

Made these tonight...they were so GOOD! I used a rubber handled screwdriver since the tools are scattered all over my garage and it worked just fine. Definately a keeper, everyone in the house loved them!

I make this on a regular basis. I use low calorie bread crumbs and I stuff the chicken with the laughing cow cheese and spinach.....its delicous!

This recipe is wonderful! We do not eat pork so I used a slice of turkey bacon and the laughing cow cheese. My DH thought it was fabulous!

At Meijer the Laughing Cow cheese is in the specialty cheese section by produce. You might check near the deli at Walmart where they have the other cheeses.

This was really good! My kids said they would like less cheese in theirs next time, or sharp cheddar. That would be easy enough. I LOVE recipes that feel like you're "cheating", and this one does with the creamy cheese and the ham. I bought four very thin slices of very good ham-$9/lb, my 4 slices cost $1. YUM!

I made this last night and it was very good. I used cheapo light ham (can't think of the brand name) and the regular LC cheese. Also, I didn't have any shake and bake so I just topped it all with about 2 tsp of italian style bread crumbs. DH was very impressed.

It's a winner! DH and DD2 suggested using 1/2 the laughing cow cheese in theirs next time (notice they said "next time"). They weren't crazy about the consistency, but I loved it as is!

It is at my local wal-mart. It isnt in the cheese section. It is located by the deli with the refrigerated sandwiches and stuff.
