Default Adding Black Walnuts to the Fat Free Banana Bread

    Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I love all the recipes I see on this forum. I especially love the Fat Free Banana Bread recipe. Can someone please tell me what the total points value is if I add black walnuts?

    Thanks In Advance
    Chris

Ok I estimated using whole nuts.. so not sure if you'd use more or less if they were crushed..

For 1/4 cup, It looks like it will add a little less than half a pt.

For 1/2 cup, looks like it adds .8 pts per serving but I would round this up to a full pt per serving.

    HTH!
