    Default help with a recipe

Could you be so kind as to calculate the points for me on this recipe?

    Mock Lobsters

    1# catfish fillets
    2 T. mayonnaise
    1 T. 2% milk
    10 - 12 Ritz cracker crumbs
Grated Cheese to taste (or slice of ff chese)
    Dabs of Butter

Coat catfish with mixture of milk & mayonnaise. Coat both sides with cracker crumbs & sprinkle top with grated cheese & butter. Bake 20 minutes @ 375 deg.

I suppose this would feed 2 people.

    Thanks in advance

P.S. This is really a very delicious recipe & easy & quick

I left off the Cheese and Butter since I don't know how much "to taste" and "dabs" are.

Thats 10 points per serving based on 2 servings. I also had to estimate on the Ritz Crackers. The only nutritional info I could find was for a 16g serving but I couldn't find how many crackers are in a serving. I'm guessing 5 crackers in a serving and counted 2 of them. HTH
