I just whipped this up in the blender this morning, and it is SO sweet and delicious, I just had to share it with you all!

1/2 c frozen raspberries 0 pt due to fiber content
1/2 c frozen pineapple chunks 1 pt
1/3 c ff vanilla yogurt 1 pt
1 small can of pineapple juice 1.5 pts
A couple of ice cubes 0 pts

Whirl this up in your blender for big glass of breakfasty goodness at only 3.5 points. The combination of pineapple and raspberries seemed strange but it really works!
