1 apple - 2pts
1 or 2 tsp of splenda - 0
Cinnamon - 0
2 tbsp low fat granola - 1 pt
2 tbsp unsweetened plain yogurt - 1 pt

Chop apple into largish bite size pieces. Place in a shallow bowl, peel side down, preferably with only one layer of apple. Sprinkle the splenda and cinnamon over the top of the apples. Pour a little water (about 1 tbsp) in the bottom of the dish. Place uncovered in the microwave for 2 mins, med-high power. Remove from the microwave and sprinkle the granola over the top, then, as a topping, drizzle the yogurt over the top of it all.



I love this recipe, my mom used to make this for me all the time when I was young for breakfast and it gave me lots of energy and 3 food groups.
