Default Continued Weight Loss after Reaching Desired Weight

I've lost 100 lbs. since l started WW in May. My official GW was 189. My desired Goal Weight was 175. I am 6'1", 50 y.o. and currently weigh 168 lbs. I can't stop the weight loss. I've read that I should eat around 2500 calories to maintain 170 lbs. How do I equate that to points. How do you eat healthy foods and get up to 2500 calories without stuffing yourself? I don't want to go back to my old habits. Any ideas appreciated.

I think CW or Smiling Fred will have to take on this one! Congratulations on what you've accomplished. This is sort of a good problem.

2500 cals would be somewhere between 42 and 50 points.
    That is assuming 50 to 60 cals/point
I would try to get good quality low volumne food (like almonds)
    LEAN MEAT OR CHICKEN.
Get lots of water, dairy and protein.
Add 4 points a week until you find out what equalibrium is....

This would also be a great time to get a physical. Expert advise is alway welcome

    good luck

That is a lot of points!!! Good job on the weight loss, I wonder if you ate more protein if that would help.
