I bought some steel cut oats in bulk at my local whole grains store but I didn't write down the nutrition information.

How many points is a cup of cooked steel cut oats? Thanks.

One cup cooked is 2 points.

I had them this morning and they were so filling! A great 2 point breakfast. I tried to cook them in the rice pot. Not good!
