I found this in Looking Good Now. It is really good and only 4 pts if you eat the whole pita. I ran it through the recipe builder on the online WW.

Carmelized Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Pizza

Ingredients



1 Tbsp olive oil
2 large vidalia onion(s)
1/2 tsp table salt
12 oz roasted red peppers
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 small wheat pita(s)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup basil


Instructions


Thinly slice onions. Drain and pat dry the roasted red peppers. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and salt and cook until carmelized. You may want to add a spray or two of Olive Oil spray if it gets dry. Takes about 20 minutes. Stir in the peppers and vinegar. Divide the onion and pepper mixture among the 5 pitas. Divide the Parmesan evenly and sprinkle on the pitas. Place in a pre-heated oven at 400 for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil. Cut each pita into quarters.
