    Default Question re: Ingredient Analysis

Just putting in a recipe and I had a question re: the NI that mastercook determined of (32 servings - 17 cal, 1 fat, 0 fiber). Can a guru help?

This is the recipe. It came with the NI in the recipe (32 servings - Cal: 65, Fat: 3g, Fiber, 0) from whereever i cut it from. I modified the ingredients to be fat-free cream cheese.

It showed no "unknown" ingredients. The whole calories looked pretty low. So when i clicked ingredient analysis of the crescent rolls, it said 7 calories - 1/16th of a can.

Would that be right? it makes 32 crescents, and that would be 16th of one of the cans, because the recipe calls for 2 cans - 32 appetizers. But 17 calories is pretty little for one of those! It comes up to 0.4 points each! I want to be sure before i eat 5 of them for 2 points for New Years!

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
