    Default Green Beans

Mrs. Dash has a recipe for green beans that goes something like this: 1 tablespoon of oil, a large sweet onion, you carmelize the onion in the oil for 20 minutes, then cook the beans for 13 minutes, spray with cooking spray and put on a tablespoon of Mrs. Dash lemon and pepper, and top with the carmelized onions. Any way to make this similar dish with fewer points?

How many points could this have? The one TBSP of oil would have 3 points, and one cup of cooked onions has 1 point (but that is if you eat a whole cup of cooked onions), the green beans have no points. I am assuming this will have at least 4 servings, and the more green beans you add, the more servings. I'd use one point to have veggies that taste good... I'm going to try this one!
