I found this idea while searching for TVP recipes.
TVP is Textured vegetable protein. Different brands can vary in points. I'd look for defatted soy flour. I use Bob's Red Mill Brand.
I like the idea because it's high in protein.

I still need to tweak this a bit as it was missing something, but here's my first iteration. Maybe a blend of TVP and oatmeal??

TVP Oatmeal
1/2 cup TVP
1 cup skim milk
30g Davinci Sugar Free Syrup
sprinkle cinnamon

Put all ingredients a 1 qt bowl, microwave on High for 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap, let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Reheat with 1 minute in the microwave on High. Enjoy!

Nutritional Info using my brands:
240 calories, 0g fat, 27g carbs, 8g fiber, 32g protein - 4 points with fiber cap

Notes: the original recipe called for soy milk, but I used Lactose free milk.
I used French Vanilla flavor, but the possibilities are endless.
