Gym rat!

Ok, so I've really taken to the gym. I grown to love it. This is my second week exercising, so I don't want to speak to soon. Last week I went Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I do this resistance circuit, then I do cardio. This week I've gone monday, Thursday, and I'll go tomorrow. I was really tired this week so I didn't go as hard. Eitherway, I'm loving it. I know that it's not just eating right, but being active for this weight to come off. I'm ready to be a Success Story!
