Ingredients:
1 Haas avocado, peeled and seeded, cut in chunks
1 mango, peeled and seeded, cut in chunks
1 cup apple juice, prepared from frozen concentrate
1/2 cup water
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
In
a blender, process all ingredients till combined
but still slightly chunky. Chill and serve, garnished
with chopped chives or green onion tops.
