Tarragon Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb. asparagus spears - fibrous ends trimmed
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Passover margarine
  • 2-1/4 tsp. scallions - chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. fresh tarragon - snipped
  • 1-1/2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions:

Place asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 5 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain immediately. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon over asparagus and serve.
