Ingredients:

pound fresh snow pea pods
1/2 cup onion, chopped
vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 large sweet red bell peppers, cut into thin
strips
1/2 tsp. salt-free herb-and-spice blend
Instructions:
Wash
snow peas; trim ends and remove strings.
Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place
over medium-high heat until hot. Add snow
peas, red pepper and onion; sauté until tender.
Add sesame seeds and herb-and-spice blend, stirring
well.
