Orange Rice

 

2 POINTS
per serving


 

Ingredients:

2 cups water
1 tablespoon frozen Florida Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions


Instructions:


In a medium saucepan combine water, juice concentrate, and salt. Bring to boiling; add rice. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in green onions. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
