1/4 cup currants
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

4 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions:
Combine
all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake
vigorously.
