Buttermilk Herb Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon low-fat buttermilk 
3 tablespoons raspberry-flavored vinegar 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves 
1-1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh chives 
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in small bowl; stir to combine.

* Note Buttermilk-Herb Dressing may be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 day. 

Yield: 3/4 cup - 1 Tbsp is a serving
