Strawberry Orange Yogurt Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions:

In a blender puree the strawberries, milk, yogurt and orange juice.

Add the ice and blend until the ice is coarsely chopped.

Serve in chilled glasses.
