cups strawberries
1 cup skim milk
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
8 ice cubes
Instructions:
In
a blender puree the strawberries, milk, yogurt
and orange juice. Add the ice and blend until
the ice is coarsely chopped. Serve in chilled
glasses.
