Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with aspartame sweetener
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packets sugar substitute - or equivalent of 4 teaspoons sugar

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth.

Scrape down sides as needed.

Serve immediately.
