High Five Freeze

 

3 POINTS
per serving


 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of peach nectar (or juice of your choice)
1 tablespoon of honey
3/4 cup peeled and diced papaya (1 papaya)
1 banana
1 peach
3/4 dup diced pineapple
1/2 cup crushed ice

   
Instructions:

Place all ingredients into blender and mix on low speed until mixture is blended. Increase speed and continue mixing until mixture is smooth.

Yield: 2 servings
3 POINTS per serving 

Nutritional Information:
Per serving: 217 calories, 2g protein, 0.82g fat, 6g fiber, 56g carbohydrates
