Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 pineapple rings - packed in juice
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediately.
