Ingredients:

1/2 pints strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt -- or reduced
fat sour
1/3 cup sugar -- or less
Instructions:
1.
Wash the berries. Spread fruit on waxed paper
lined jelly roll pan. Freeze until firm about
1 1/2 pounds.
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and
blend until the consistency of ice cream.
