Instructions:To soften a tortilla, wrap in damp paper towel. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 8 seconds. Or, to soften tortilla in toaster-oven, preheat to 300°F. Wrap tortilla in foil. Bake 4 minutes.
Spread the cream crease evenly, and very lightly, on the tortilla; then layer the spinach, tomato, and turkey breast.
Roll the tortilla up tightly, and evenly place 6 toothpicks through it. Cut between the toothpicks, carefully - to maintain a round shape and obtain 6 pinwheels.
Voila! Serve immediately, or repeat for more turkey pinwheels.
*Note: Using fresh turkey breast instead of turkey lunch meat will reduce the sodium content to 428mg per serving.
