Curry Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz nonfat cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1-2 tsp. curry powder
  • celery salt and salt to taste (salt optional)
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney (mango works well)

Instructions:

Mix together and chill; until ready to use as spread on crackers.
