Curry Cheese Spread


  • 2 oz nonfat cream cheese,3 Tablespoons nonfat sour cream,1/4 cup currants,1/4 cup chopped peanuts,1/2 cup chopped green onions,1-2 tsp. curry powder,celery salt and salt to taste (salt optional),1/2 cup mango chutney (mango works well)


Mix together and chill; until ready to use as spread on crackers.
