Cinnamon Spice Dip

Ingredients:

2 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/2  tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2  cup fat-free sour cream
assorted fresh fruit


Instructions:

Beat cream cheese and honey until smooth.  Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for flavors to blend.  Serve with fruit as a dip
