Baja Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp - thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cucumber - peeled - seeded and thinly sliced
  • 6 radishes - thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions - sliced
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. sugar

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.

Chill.
