Default Saturday Nov 7

Good Morning

I had a horrible ww day yesterday~I used to many flex points~so I need to get my act together and do things right.
Gonna spend part of my day planning, so hopefully that will help. I just know I can't give up~the effort will be worth it.

I better go see what Ralph has to say.

Good morning! Planning on having a perfect OP kind of day!

Any of you that remember Bizz, she became a grandma today. A baby girl named Chloe Laima. I am so excited for her.

Hope you all have a great day!

Hello All,

My WW weigh-in showed a half pound loss. Can't really argue but I thought it was going to be more. Oh well.

It actually galvanised me into getting these last few pounds off and out me into PLANNING mode. I'm going to allow myself to put on a "diet head" this week and stick to the same breakfast and lunch every day. I've got three meals out to work around but not drinking will make it much easier to stick to a plan there.

I figure the most I can hope for would be 1.5lbs but that would be just fine!

Wish me luck.

Lisa - Hope you're having a better day today.

Karen - Thanks for the news.

BIZZ!!!!!! Congratulations!

Millie

Good morning y'all. I didn't sleep well last night, so I spent the night on the couch. There is a lot of pain the first couple days after these injections, but it is so worth it. I'm going to go walk the pups and then try to get to the gym and get in the water later. DH wants to go to Wally World and since we need groceries, I'll go with him.

No WI for me. Too many meds, so it would be too depressing, because of all of the swelling. Next week, LOOK OUT! LOL

I'd better scoot and get as much done as I can. It's suppose to rain later today and all day tomorrow. I'm sick of RAIN!

Lisa-I had a meltdown last night, too. I hate it when I do that! Today is a new day and a new week! Hang in there gf.

Karen-I have a plan, too! I WILL stick to it! Thanks for the good news. Hopefully, it will help ease the pain of losing her DD.

Millie-CONGRATS ON THE LOSS! WTG!

Prayers, love, hugs and [[[[SV's]]]] to all in need. Have a great OP day, y'all!

Hi everyone. I've got my cooking done this morning and have everything cleaned up. Now I can sit back and relax for the rest of the afternoon. I've got no big plans, just watch some shows that I taped and haven't had a chance to watch yet.

I had a good WI yesterday, down 3.8 lbs. It sounds like a lot but I had gained a lot the last couple of weeks, partly due to my own foolishness and partly due to TOM arriving after 3 months. I'm sure the loss is mostly due to water loss from TOM and getting back OP.

Bizz: Congratulations on the new member of your family.
Sal: I hope the pain goes away quickly.
Lisa: It's so hard sometimes to keep on plan, despite all the best intentions.
Karen: Thanks for letting us know about Bizz.
Millie: .5 lb loss is great. I'd love to take that off every week.

Hi to anyone who posts later, hope you all have a great day.
