If I'd known that I'd be loading a truck as soon as I got to work, I wouldn't have worked out so hard this morning! LOL!

Did "Pugdad Michael Bootcamp" this morning!

Ran about a mile to Dogpatch Park where there's a running track and outdoor exercise eqiupment:

Ran 1/4 mile (halfway around the track)
3 pull-ups
1/4 mile (to other end of the track)
10 horizontal pull-ups (lay on the ground under a bar and pull myself up so my chest touches the bar)
1/4 mile (back to the other end)
3 pull-ups
1/4 mile
10 regular push-ups

Repeat the above 3 times for a total of:
18 pull-ups
30 horizontal pull-ups
30 push-ups
3 miles run

Then I ran the mile back to the car! Whew! I sweated lots and it felt GREAT! Who knew I'd miss exercise so much!?!

That's about the max pull-ups I can do and I can only do 3 at a time... and they're kind of the jump up and SLOOOOWWWWLY let myself down pull-ups. I may up the horizontal pull-ups and push-ups to 12 each set. OR... try maximum next time to see just how many I can do.

OK...

B1: 1/4 cup trailmix
E: See above
B2: Whole wheat waffles with 1/2 a banana and maple syrup, and 1/2 cup 1% milk
S: Lowfat Yogurt
L: Leftover Pineapple Chicken and brown rice (recipe from WW Week 1 Book! YUM!)
S: TJ's 100-calorie pack oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
D: ???

Have a great day, guys!
