Jenn- You did a great job checking in this weekend! I need to make that a priority for me next weekend! The more I post the easier it is to stay OP!

Donna- small (kick) Once you start slipping it's hard to get back into the right mindset....come and post when you need support....

which gives me a great idea for dinner, instead of eating the homemade pizza that I was planning on making for DD, I will just use some of my sandwich thins and make my own pizza, plus I can add lots of low point toppings that the kiddies don't like I will be back to post tonight,and will be doing my situps for my challenge......

Plus I want to make those pumpkin muffins tonight, can't wait!!

Hello Buddies!

Jenn and Sofi great job on the OP this week-end. Donna, I hope you have made it back OP. I have been doing great today and am ending the day totally OP with my 45 minute walk in and feel great. Tomorrow at noon is Weight Watchers weigh in. So we shall see, but sure I am going to be seeing a gain and I do deserve it. Thanks for the kicks girls!!! I am going to try and walk a very straight line this week and make sure I get in my walk every day that I plan for it. The day I skipped the walk on Thursday sort of sent me spiraling down hill and I started to slip and slide and fell down by Saturday. I am back up and running just as strong, if not stronger!

I will post with my weigh in results tomorrow night, good or bad. Hope my buddies are having a great day and have tomorrow in plans to be just as great. Welcome Melia!!!
Nice to see you here we hope you come and hang out with us. As you might be reading from the posts, we need all the support on the week-end we can get.

Good morning buddies!

It is another day, I hopped on the scale this morning and saw a # that I did not like, but TOM is here so I guess it's not suprising, so I am expecting an increase when I do my WI tomorrow....but I will not use that as an excuse to overeat, I will stick to plan.....I ended up having some chicken breast for dinner and just made DD some easy english muffin pizzas for dinner. I had to run an errand for my uncle and he insisted that I join him for dinner, his wife made a type of food porn called burek which I love, but I told him a fib and said that I already ate, and when I went over he passed me a plate of it, I took a small bite so he wouldn't be upset and said I am full and passed it back to him, and he ate it.....which I was so happy that he did because if that plate would have sat in front of me too long.......

Tami- G/L at WI Start planning for the weekend now, I always give myself a few meal options in case my plans change I can still fit in a low point meal. We need to practice this weekend for the upcoming holiday weekend.....

Jenn- How did you do last night? Is your back healed now? Are you planning in some exercise for today? I did 100 situps last night and am planning on a WATP dvd tonight. I want to get in my situps on MWF and dvds for TR.

Hi Buddies!

Sofi hang in there. The scale likes to test us every now and then. You will be back down and probably lose after TOM.

I done great today. I need to get in some more water, but I have been OP and walked my 50 minutes today on treadmill. I went to Weight Watchers meeting and gained one pound. I am feeling pretty good about that because it was only one pound and I have been bouncing around four or so every other week. So with last week's loss of five I am still down four. I am back on track and will be towing the line still this week no problem because on Saturday I have a Weight Watchers staff meeting to attend. They require that we weigh in before the meeting so I will be facing the scale again Saturday so it will keep me in line on Friday and the downward spiral will not happen like last week. My goal now is to make it two straight week-ends staying OP.

Great job Sofi on being in control when the plate of food porn came by you. I love it when I have mastered a moment like that and am the one in control and can actually say "no" and and not blow my day by giving into temptations like that to please others.

Good morning buddies,

I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 214.6 so that means I am up about 3.8 pounds! I know that TOM is the reason for this and I have not been able to get in my 3 liters of water for the past few days. I am just going to hang in there and just know that next week those pounds will be gone. I am making a pledge to not look at my scale until next Weds. because it will drive me crazy. Please hold me to this buddies I am going home and putting the scale in the closet until next Weds.

Tami- Great job on gettting in the exercise! We have to take this one day at a time! Sorry to hear about the gain. Let us know how the staff meeting goes!

Jenn- I saw your post about going to Moe's grill on the T-20s, did you decide on what you will order? I didn't get a chance to check out the links with the menu options yet.

Thank you Karen. I love your idea. I'm also trying to think of an anchor I can take home with me Friday for next week. I'm thinking maybe my promise ring from Josh. I very rarely wear a ring on my right hand - so if I have that on...It'll definitely help me remember what's important here. And that is family - not food.

Those are some great ideas We definitely need a plan for Thanksgiving weekend, and the Muslim holiday Eid el Adha begins the day after Tday, so it will be about 4 days of holiday food for me.....I have to figure out what kind of desserts to make for this Eid,and one thing is for sure, no chocolate....


Jenn- We really have to take it one day at a time, like Karen said you will see a loss next week, just stick to it! Are you keeping up with exercise?

Sofi - venison roast sounds delicious... but I've been seeing a lot of dear deer on the side of the road lately so I'm not sure if I'd be able to eat it without picturing those.

Hey buddies - sounds like you guys are all doing really well. I have had no time to get online for a while. Kitchen water faucet hose literally exploded and was more than an ordeal to clean and fix then one of my kids has been having some health problems so I have been swamped! I have been doing really well actually in spite of all the drama. I have been keeping up with my morning cardio which really anchors me for the rest of the day. Tuesday was the only day I lost count and went off program - We were at the hospital all morning for tests from 3 am - 10:30 am so my entire day was thrown off. All in all I am having an great week. We shall see what the scale says...

I am in doubt that I will meet my December 6th goal - but I knew that it was a push anyway so I will be setting a new goal. I feel really pleased about the cardio I am doing in the morning and I feel that it is paying off. I have been doing my crunches this week faithfully and then yesterday in karate we did planks and I am so sore!

Family stuff starts this weekend for the holidays so I doubt I'll have much time to post but I'll be thinking of you all and all of your encouragement!

TGIF!!! I can't believe it's Friday already I made a mistake of letting myself slip into some bad habits, my niece came over and we made a big pot of pasta, and I used most of my flex .....that means this weekend I will not have any flex points to use, but I can do it! It won't be easy but I know I can handle it That is my real downfall, it's not really binging, but mindless eating plain and simple, I don't watch what I eat and end up overdoing it I will post my menus for this weekend, and I will be here if I need some support!

Donna- ((hugs)) I hope everything is okay with your little one, I won't give you any kicks, but please post when you can! And great job keeping up with your exercise!

Jenn- I hope you have a great trip home for the holidays! I am green with envy I wanted to go home, my mom and sister are in Michigan, but couldn't schedule it in.......do not forget ur anchor!!! Enjoy spending time with your family and friends and we want to hear some NSVs when you come back!!

Karen- Venison roast is pretty tasty, I add my special herbs and spices but I like to let it marinade a little and wasn't able to, but it still came out pretty good. That is so sad about seeing all the deer on the side of the road, DS likes to point at any deer he sees and says "baaa, baaa"
