Default Menu Thread 11/2-11/8

I looked and I didn't see the last one. But, to be honest, I didn't look very hard. I admit it, I'm lazy.

I have a tough week because this weekend I'm going to Philly with my girlfriends. The plan is Cuban for dinner, bar hopping, and ending on South Street for <traditional Philly food porn> and I want to be able to participate in that. The good news - they are WWers also. The bad news - we all are struggling to get back to it. But, I think it'll be fine.

Monday 11/2 - Day One
B - Oat Scone, coffee with ff milk, 1 cup fruit
S - 1/2 cup ff yogurt, handful fiber one
L - Beef Stir Fry (1 oil) with rice (2) {I am out of brown rice/bulgur/couscous and whole wheat pasta - I need to make a trip to the co-op!}
S - Raw Veggies, 2 TBSP homemade guac, popcorn
D - Tuna Melt {Tuna salad with ff mayo, ff cheese, 1 tsp oil, deli flat (1)}, cucumber salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, ff italian dressing)
S - Warm Milk with SF DaVinci

WPAs Left: 33
