I just started WW again this past Monday, 9/8/09. So my weekly weigh in day will be on Monday. If anyone wants to join me on this day please feel free to. My first weigh in an I am 260lbs Thanks

Hi - I just started back op after a bit of a vacation and some weight gain
This is my second week op. My first weigh in was yesterday and I lost 3 lbs I would love to join you for some accountability and sharing of ideas. My biggest focus this time go round is the exercise - I think that for me exercise is really key to my motivation.

Hello!!! I am a brand new member and this is my first post. My weigh in day will be Mondays. I am starting today and my weight is 17o pounds!! I I am hoping to lose 15 pounds.

I will join in the Monday weigh ins. I weighed 280.6 today. I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and had gained. I'm down 6 pounds again. Now I need to NOT self sabotage and make it out of the 280's.

Ok - I am back from vacation - Disneyland for a week and then visiting family. I did ok as I didn't gain a huge amount...
I am up about 1/2 lb but am back on it this week and will be working out at 6:30 am tomorrow - aaaack! WI - 184.6 mini goal 179

I am just starting. My weigh in day is Monday. I started at 186 lbs last December and have been following weight watchers and thought this would be fun. As of last Monday I was 148.

I normally weigh in on Mondays so I want to join too. Last week I weighed in at 163, after gaining about 2 lbs. I'm hoping for a big loss this week.

I am a newbie to this BB but not to WW. This is my first post here. I am a Monday WI because I needed a way to keep myself in check over weekends. This strategy has worked really well for me. I started WW in Jan. 09 and I have lost 74 lbs. I attend meetings and have not missed a single week. I also use etools and am religious about tracking. I try to exercise 5/7 days although I have knee problem so I haven't been able to always meet that objective. My journey is long and I am really excited about participating in these boards. Can't wait to get to know some folks.

Hi Fran - good to have you on the boards. I am getting back on track after some life stress and some gains. I am looking forward to the accountability - which I need. I am working out now at least 5 times a week and would love to get some motivation in that area as well. I am not always the best at checking these boards but I am trying to be better

I weighed in and down a surprising 3 lbs. This a.m. I was down that much but b4 meeting I was up and I thought I might get a lb. I also reached my 75 lb. award. It was really a nice surprise as I thought I would not see it for a week or two. Just had to tell some WW buds.

My first WW weigh-in was this week and I lost 5.5lbs. WOW! I can't wait to lose more. My goal is 50lbs.

I thought the first few days were hard, because I was so used to just binging all day. After that I was o.k. I actually felt a little weird about eating so much!

Hello, i also weigh in on Mondays i am beginning week 3. weight this am was 176.8 down 3 pounds since last weigh in. Last week was 179.8 down from start weight of 185.8. I am not going to meetings currently money is a real crunch.

I'm a newbie
![]() I started WW Oct. 7th and chose my weigh in day to be Monday. I started at 170 and I'm 155 now! YAY! My "mini goal" was to be 155 by Christmas, but I guess now I'll have to change that. My goal weight is 135...which is what I weighed when I got married 6 years (and 2 kids) ago. |
