Hi Buddies,
It's been some time since I have posted. I've been busy with work and life. The first part of October I was doing great. OP each and every day and had lost some weight. My issue seems to be coming home after work and feeling really hungry. I started to really think about what I was eating and wondering if my body and mind need to mix it up a bit. I am thinking about switching to Simply Filling and wondering if anyone has given it a try and would like to share their experience? Thanks ![]() Allison SW 150 CW 148 GW 132 |

Allison, I haven't tried the simply filling plan myself, but I know a lot that do who have had great results. I have often thought about it as well....but I am so familiar with the points I haven't really looked into the SF plan enough.
You could check out the forum for it....that would probably help you out a lot. Good luck

I changed my mind. I've been lurking on the SiFi forum and I think it sounds amaizing all the wonderful success stories about this techinque. They say they don't feel as much hunger and I love the fact that they don't count points. So, I'll start this monday. Let's see if I can!
