At one time I had a Rice Krispie bar recipe that was made with Butter Buds and skim milk instead of butter...They were fat free...do any of you know what I am talking about and can maybe assist me with this...
Thanks so much...

I just pulled up Charski's Kashi Treats. I'm sure you could substitute Rice Krispies. Read all the responses...there were lots of substitutions!
Again, these are GREAT!

We just make the regular rice krispy treats at our house. We also make Charski's Kashi treats, but both have some fat in them- her's from P-nut butter and the original from butter or margarine. When made with the original recipe and cut into 24 squares they are only 1 point a piece. So they are not too bad for an occasional indulgence!

LOL! Amber I buy a big box of pre-made ones at Costco because I too cannot make a batch, I'll eat 1/2 the pan before putting them away!
