    Default Ouch!

    Finally got my butt back to a meeting and I have gained 10 pounds! A big wake up call for me!!! When I lost 50 #'s I for some reason decided the race was over? I'm bending over for some bcb kicks!!!!!

    There is no finish line. You're lucky you didn't gain more. I gained more that than on my dumb-spell.

    Anyhooo... Make new habits to replace old habits to make new subconscious behaviors. That's my plan...

    You just learned a lesson. Maintaining is just as hard as losing.

    We can't sweetcoat this. This is BOOTCAMP!!!!! S L A M!!!!!

    This is for life. Don't become a statisitic and become "That Guy". You know, "That guy lost so much weight, wow, he really gained it back, plus more". I always say that to myself when I think I'm going off plan.

    Good luck, lean on the boyz for any support you need.
