MC 7 help please

I have read all these posts and I still dont understand. I input the ingredients but there is no option to change the nutrienal value, as when you are changing a ingredient that is not in MC. I wanted to input info for reduced fat peanut butter, when I hit nut value on right side it automatically calculates for plain peanut butter, what screen do I go to to change the nutrienal value for a item.
O please help me I am so lost!

Stephanie, I have version 8 and I have to choose Tools then Ingredient List
then I can edit the nutritional info. I don't know if it's the same in version 7.

Ok I did what you said you do, and everything looks good, from there I hit save and done and nothing happens, where should it go after you save the info ??
