I wanted to share with you guys my before picture and one taken last month. I am in the process of updating it since losing another 10lbs. I love looking at all the before, during and after pictures that some BCB have posted. It gives me motivation. :work_out:

Thanks everyone for your words. They mean a lot to me. I am soo excited and soo happy that I joined WW. It has changed my life. I was thinking the other day and it hit me hard. My kids have never seen me skinny. I have 3 kids.

THANK YOU. My belly was and has been my biggest self esteem issue. It is getting better and I hope it will continue to go down. Your pictures are great also. You are an inspiration and I too will one day post my before and after pictures and many years after meeting goal. I look up to you. You are an inspiration. Thanks.

I wouldn't try to sing, everyone would leave LOL. I had a speech for my mother in law. The most wonderful mother in law ever. She is a beautiful person. Has always treated me like a daughter.

Thank you all. I feel great and I know I will look even better. My back is not hurting as much as it used to. My knees are better after having knee surgery on both after a car accident and carrying all that weight it was very painful.

I added my family pictures and I added a second before picture and I am ready to share with you guys what that picture means to me. Back in June one day after weigh in, I had gained 2lbs and I came home very upset, crying and wanting to give up. I had worked really hard and I thought I would see a loss. (Later I found out that I was due for TOM). The week after I had a huge loss of 6lbs. Well I told my husband that I was giving up and quitting WW. He looked at me, hugged me and said to me something he had never said in 17 years. He never complained about my weight. He said "I don't like the old woman, I love the way you look now, but most of all I love to see you happier and in control of food." It's not the physical appearance the most important thing, your health, your back is better and your knees are much better." He pulled out that picture and said to me. "Look what you have accomplished so far, are you willing to stop now?" I LOVE HIM FOR THAT.

of course you are inspiring! you are beautiful and you have a great husband too :) that story was so touching - you can and will reach goal! darela don't you feel in your heart that this time it will be different? I feel that way! we can reach 189 and we can get to 150! you and me have the same goal. I feel after so many years of pain and regret that enough is enough, my life and myself and my happiness is more important than self indulgence and self loathing.
