It is a kind of squash that you cut in half, put it in the oven until soft and then with a fork you break the polp which becomes like noodles. At a meeting they suggested me to put pasta sauce on top and they say it is good.
I am not crazy about it, but if I don't have any points it is a way to fill my stomach up :D .
Try it, maybe you'll like it.

Till today I wasn't sure either what it was, till now....
Orangetti’ was the first Israeli-bred vegetable cultivar to be marketed in the United States under its own name. It sold in supermarkets from coast-to-coast, a success which resulted from a unique combination of improved color, flavor, and a 15-fold increase in provitamin A content over other spaghetti squash cultivarsThe thing you learn cause of WW :D

I love spaghetti squash. I use it at least once a week sometimes twice. I top it with primavera sauce with extra red/green/yellow peppers & onion strips and add diced chicken to it. It makes a huge serving for only the points of the chicken (I use a 1/2 of the primavera sauce which is 0 points). I've also eaten it with butter spray and parmesan cheese sprinkled on it.
