There are several menu threads where buddies post what they eat daily. Check on the 100+, 50+, 40s and Daily thread Forums.
I don't know of anywhere that the weekly meal plans like come out in the magazine are posted.

Thanks so much for posting the links, I never thought I needed a menu plan but after looking these over, I think they are going to be a real key as I begin WW again. They also will help a great deal as I make my grocery lists, that will be a real key as I go forward.

There is a book called "Saving Dinner" by Leanne Ely. The Menus, Recipes and shopping lists to bring your family back to the table. It includes the nutritional information, such as calories, fat and fiber.

On the weekend I make up lunches to last the week.
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (3 points)
1/2 cup, long grain wild rice (2 points)
1 cup, mixed vegs (1 point).
That is my favorite lunch.
For a lot of dinners, I have a Boca Burger (1 point) with Sara Lee Delightful bread (1 pt for 2 slices) and lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. and if you want have a can of Campbells Chunky Soup - points range from 2 per serving upto 4 per serving (each can has 2 servings). What a great dinner.

The new Weight Watcher Magazine on sale now in the supermarkets has a menu plan inside. You may want to try that.

You will find the best prices on ebay. That is where I subscribe to all of my magazines for great prices. I just picked up a 3 yr subscription to Harpers Bazaar yesterday for $7.96!

Hi Naomi,
Check the links below and also check the different forums. Many forums have daily or weekly menu posting threads where people post what they eat each day. I get lots of great ideas there. I post daily on the 100+ and Fab 40s boards and I know there are threads on other boards as well.
Welcome to BCB.
