Hi folks,
I just wanted to share a really wonderful way to make broccolli. I got really tired of steaming my veggies:sleep: , so I started exploring the inner depths of my fridge to find something new. Here's what I came up with and it was fantastic.

I started out with a bit (maybe 1/2 cup) of chicken broth (I imagine you could use veg. broth) added lemon juice from 1/2 of a lemon, a bit of soysauce, and minced garlic. Then I tossed in a bunch of fresh broccolli, and some sliced mushrooms that were hanging out in the back of the fridge, stirred put the lid on, and let the whole mess cook over low heat till the broccolli was cooked but still kinda crisp.

I know that this kind of stuff can be fairly subjective, but I thought it was REALLY good, My kids even liked it!!!!!
Anyway, just figured I'd share with ya'll, hope you find it useful.:)
