Hey Everyone!!!

Well, my June challenge kind of fell apart on me ... darn that Aunt Flo. :-)
I'm still incredulous about it, considering I did so well by staying OP. Oh well, that's how the scale goes. I'm going to make July a much better month!!!

How about a July Challenge?

Here is my goal for the end of July:

1. Reach my 10%. 5.8 pounds to go!
2. Drink my water.
3. Fruits/veggies every day.
4. Pilates in the morning.

I'm trying to reach my 10% by the end of this month too, especially considering my birthday is August 1st. I only have 1.5 lbs left to go... so far yet so near!

Maybe I'll try to figure out how to make a website to post my food journal and thoughts, since I like everyone elses!

Ok.. now that I am back on US.. I am looking foward to yet another challenge. Surprisingly I lost on my trip! What a gain for me:) I was so worried on my trip about things.. but it all worked out. The first thing I did when I got home was spend a good 2 hours at the gym. It felt sooo good.

Now for my July challenge...

1. Water, Water and more water!
2. Keep up my exercise regime
3. Get into the 130's... so close I can almost feel it
4. Continue to use self control as I continue to travel throughout the summer.(All about portion control and journaling)
5. Most importantly.. take care of me...:)

Ok.. bumping this up.. all of the Singles.. lets get this thread going because we are worth it!
