Need a new blender....

I burned out my blender making so many wonderful shakes and smoothies - any ideas preferably under $50?

For shakes & smoothies.. I LOVE my magic bullet! It's small, compact, and grinds ice great for wonderful drinks. I bought mine at Target for $59.00.

I have the Insta Blend (http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=190840) I've had it for years. I love it and use it every day. I even bought extra cups since I use it so much.
It's great for one person if you don't need a huge blender. and much easier to clean.

Ditto on the Magic Bullet. I'm in LOVE with mine! I got mine at Wal-Mart for slightly less than what Target charges. It was right around $50, but I think it was well worth it!

I just ordered a vita mix off of QVC on Tv it has 750 watts and is commercial quality, and it is on while quanities last today, and it was shipping and all for under 40 dollars,my friend has it and loves it,

Is that a vita mix total nutrition center? I am really confused as they sell on sale for $350, and if you found them for somewhere for $40, I'd buy a whole slew of them, cause $350 is a deal. Vita Mix is what they use in Orange Julius and Coffee Shops and Restraunts, and it is amazing.

Vita mixers are the absolute best, they can do ANYTHING, and they are warrantied forever. I have used mine almost every day in the 4 years I have had it. It blends ANYTHING, literally...you can make hot soup in it. It is the best blender I have ever used, just a little confused to find it for $40...let me know, I am the bargain shopper, and love to find a real bargain.

My choice is the Vita-Mix. The BCBer's here got me going on mine, and it is wonderful for all sorts of thing. Last year, when the Vita-mix people where at Costco, I got the dry mix container.

peach ~ I am with u, vita mix is my choice forever, it is the Bomb, and clean up is SOOO EASY!
