I decided to start a new thread today with my menu for the day, b/c I have been slacking lately especially with writing things down. I have been exercising as much if not more. BUT I need to get back on track and OP. I read a post yesterday and I cannot remember who wrote it, but it described me perfectly. She was talking about reaching a certain point where you stop trying as hard b/c people are telling you that you look great and you feel great. Well this is me!! HOWEVER i still have at least 20 lbs left to go!!
This is exactly where I've crashed before and I dont want to do it again!! I need to get motivated again and start journaling!!
so today's menu is...
breakfast
healthy fiber oatmeal 2pts
1/2 c. skin milk 1pt
1/2 banana 1
light cran juice 1pt

Lunch
turkey burger (red hot sauce) 4pts
ff blu cheese dressing 1pt
broccoli
low fat doritoes 2pts
total 7
snack
soy chips 2
nectarine 1
total 3
dinner
lean cuisine pizza 6pts
vegis and or fruit
snack ww ice cream
ap 40 minutes cardio
20 minute strength training
