WW bagel w/lite cream cheese 4/20
light n fit yogurt 2/18

Lunch
trader joes chips and mango salsa 2/16
fruit - 1 cup strawberries 1/15
egg salad (no bread) 2.5/12.5

Snack
Popcorn 2/10.5

AP- 40 minutes cardio and weights 3pts.

Dinner 13.5 pts left for dinner and snack
Not sure yet. Maybe a leane Cuisine Pizza and some Broccoli with basalmic vinegar.

Water- 90 oz.

Awesome job! It takes me so long to journal on eTools.

Looks like I used 28.5 pts; over .5 today. I did better with my water, but didn't get activity in, unless you count walking up and down the darn stairs all day!
