Hi everyone,
I had a terrible weekend eating wise!!! I was contemplating not posting and posting all day. BUT I decided that fessing up and getting a kick in the butt is defintely needed. This weekend I went to Uno's with my friends and after being on plan all day I split a meal with my friend and not a point friendly one either. Then I went to the Cape to a graduation party and ended up staying all weekend. Let's just say there was ALOT of beer and food. A few years ago I was done to the size I am now. I felt great and started to eat again. Before I knew it I was back to square one. I never want to see the fat unhealthy me again and still have 25 more lbs to go.
SO, I woke up this morning determined to stay OP and exercise and to move on from what I ate this weekend. SO far so good. I am back on track, writing everything down, drinking my water and have my gym clothes here at work. I have a plan and I am determined to lose this weight and stay OP, one day at a time.
I need some advice tho...before this weekend it was very easy for me to say no thank you to my friends about food, but I dont know what happend to me. I also don't want this to become a habit and I am terrified of putting the weight back on. What are some of your suggestions?? PLEASE HELP!! Thanks!

KICK :angel :bcbsalute

So, how did that feel? I wasn't going to warn you, you know! lol

Did you know you would be going to the Cape and being out with your friends? Did you plan for those days and save your flex points. You split a dish with friends, that was good!

We all have moments where we over indulge. What's important is knowing how to stop it from repeating each day.

Stay focused! You can do it!

Thanks I apprciate the much needed kick. I did know that I was going away and did save flex points, but im afriad i went way over. PLus i stayed another night unexpectedly. From now on I will plan better and stay stronger, I am not giving up. I have gotten right back into eating healthy, journalling and exercsing since, so I'm moving forward! Thanks again!

It was my pleasure, anytime!

I think for me, I will try and fill up on water so I don't over indulge when out unexpectedly. Easy to fill up on those high point drinks, so I suppose if I already feel sloshed :water1: (from water lol) I will not feel like having more liquid.

Just think back to before you were doing WW; you probably didn't think twice about how much you ate or drank. But now that you're in the fold even one weekend of over indulgence has made you stop and think twice. Congratulations! No permanent damage done; you're back on track now. We all falter along the way. Hang in there!
