My Before and After Pics

I took a cue from some people here and joined Picturetrail. I love that site.
I only have 2 pics uploaded. I never did take a lot of pictures of myself as I was losing 75 pounds, but I do have one from before and one after.

I have to admit that I weigh a little more than the After picture right now, because I let my eating habits slide.....but I'm back in WW for life and glad of it. :)

Both of my pics are with my best friend, Lori. She's on the left and I'm on the right. She joined WW and lost 25 pounds, too. :)

Great progress, Amy. I'm glad that you're getting back on track with your eating habits now. I'm a prime example of what happens when you don't get back on track quickly...its true...the weight comes back and then some. Trust me, you will want to spare yourself of that.

Thanks, everyone. I wanted to let this person know that I didn't spare myself the pain of gaining the weight back. I joined WW when I was 23 years old and lost 50 pounds....and over the years I gained it back (and then some), so I joined again at age 36 and lost 75 pounds. This is actually my third time to join WW. I joined this time after gaining 13 pounds. I think I have finally learned my lesson. At least I will spare myself the pain of gaining it all back again another time. :)

I'm from Dallas and live in Vancouver, Canada with my wonderful Canadian husband that I met on the internet. Thank God they have WW in Canada!
The thing that actually brought me back to WW..... we are planning a trip to Dallas in July and all I was thinking about was how much mexican food I'm going to eat during that 10 day trip. I would have gained a pound a day! I'm so glad that I went back to WW and now my trip can be about seeing family and friends and not about food.

Amy- Just remember how hot it gets down here in July. Be ready to sweat!!!! I know how hard it is to watch what you eat when it comes to mexican food. My husband is mexican, and I swear there's not much I can eat anymore. His mom makes the best Mole (sounds like Mo-lee), and I love to throw it is with a quesodilla. Yumm. Don't do that anymore now.

Mole is so good. And how have you never had it. If you've eaten tamales, you've had some mole. Though some ppl don't care for tamales. I didn't think anywhere (besided AZ dessert area) could feel hotter than it does here, LOL. I was ready to hit the pool yesterday it was so hot.
