Hi Everyone, Over at 100+ there is a daily menu thread that is useful to either post your own meals for personal accountability and tracking; and/or to read for some good ideas. I probably won't post every day, because of time pressure, but will start us off by posting what I ate today. Looking forward to reading other meal ideas ...lol:) (thanks to Joanne at 100+ for the format)

BREAKFAST
1/2 cup ff milk
1/2 cup raw oats
raw almonds and walnuts 2 points
1/2 raw apple

SNACK
1/2 can albacore tuna, smushed together with....
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/4 avacado

LUNCH
[/url]1/2 raw chopped apple
1/3 cup raw oats
1/3 cup ff milk
2 tbsp applesauce

SNACK
1 cup yogurt mixed with sf/ff pudding mix
banana

DINNER

2 cups shredded cabbage and carrots
2 tsp olive oil and basalmic vinegar
apple
1 glass ff milk

SNACKS
ff milk
shredded wheat

Breakfast:
1 cup shredded wheat w/ 1/2 cup milk
1 cup milk

Lunch:
1 1/2 cups bean soup sprinkled with FF cheese
strawberry pie (core except the cornstarch and it comes out to 0 points)

Dinner:
garden salad w/ FF Thousand Island Dressing
3 oz. Filet steak
small baked potato

Snacks:
Air popped popcorn (if needed tonight)
apple

Good idea!

First thing I did 10.8 fast miles on my exercise bike in a little more than 30 minutes. WW says I get more APs, but the bike says I burn 400 cals, so I give myself 4 APs

BREAKFAST
1 cup ff milk
1/4 cup bulgar (nuked the night before with milk, cinnamon and caramel DaVinci syrup)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries warmed up with the bulgar
WW bagel with butter spray-2 points

LUNCH
Joseph's oat bran and wheat pita-1 point
Guiltless Gourmet spicy bean dip spread on pita
2 oz of thinly sliced lean roast beef
1 oz pepper jack soy cheese
1 red delicious apple

DINNER
3 small skinless chicken drumsticks (baked after marinated in ff italian dressing and soy sauce)
1 cup spaghetti squash w/ ff marg and soy parm sprinkles
baked red potato wedges drizzled with 2 t oil and Mrs. Dash and soy parm

SNACK
Not sure yet--probably will be making a smoothie with 1.5 c ff milk, some ff sf pudding mix and a bunch of frozen fruit (and a splash of DaVinci vanilla syrup)
Maybe some slices of polenta in nonstick pan or mini popcorn

summer muesli (from recipe WWCarole posted the other day)

LUNCH
1/4 avocado
1/3 cup cottage cheese
raw nuts 2 points
coleslaw with olive oil and basalmic vinegar
apple

SNACK
1 cup yogurt mixed with sf/ff pudding mix
chicken, broiled
tomato

DINNER
Veggie soup with chickpeas
large cookie 5


SNACKS
Shredded wheat and ff milk
Dairy servings - 2
F&V Servings- 7
Healthy Fats- Yes
MultiVitamin- yes
WPAs Used Today- 7
WPAs Remaining - 5

Stir fry of bell peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, water chestnuts with Shrimp and a small amount of FF pepper jack
sf/ff van pudding
apple

DINNER
Chicken breast
broccoli
bulgur
sf jello w/pineapple

SNACKS
sf/ff pudding w/strawberries
air popped popcorn w/ 2t olive oil

Healthy Fats- Yes

Exercise- 30 min on treadmill

I visited your web page - what a success story to have lost the weight but even more so to have maintained for 2 years and counting. Inspirational!

WWcarol - I made the summer muesli and decided to have some for breakfast instead of eggs- I like it, and it is an easy light meal or super healthy snack.
Good recipe!
